Terms and Conditions Of Service
While not wanting to put a damper on the enthusiasm or the social festivities, there are several policies, procedures, and safety issues that must be followed to ensure a happy and safe night for all. These policies are listed below:
- All TopRideLimo vehicles are designated as NON-SMOKING, and the violation will result in immediate termination of the run with no refund plus the addition of a $300 air-system-cleanup fee. it includes electronic cigarettes and similarities.
- A 20% refundable security deposit will be held on all stretch-limo reservations and will be released after the job is finished, in case there is no extra charge.
- All vehicles and equipment are thoroughly “cleaned and checked for damage” before each engagement. The client shall be responsible for any cleaning or repairs that may be required due to any act of negligence or disregard by the client or by the client’s guests.
- We are not responsible for delays or termination caused by unsafe road conditions, bad weather, or unexpected mechanical problems.
- Topridelimo is not responsible for paid parking credentials an any events such as concerts, sports matches, races, Stadiums, etc.
- BIOHAZARD–Limo-cleaning fee is between $250.00 and $400,00, resulting in the immediate termination of the run with no refund.
- Any time past the arranged drop-off time will be an additional charge in one (1) hour increments.
- TopRideLimo cannot be held liable for items left in any vehicle. Please inspect the vehicle before dismissal.
- TopRideLimo reserves the right to terminate any work before commencement for any reason that prevents us from carrying it out, without any penalties, and is committed to notifying the client via phone call, text message, or email respectively, and undertakes to a full refund of the fare paid.
- TopRideLimo reserves the right to immediately terminate the job for all parties in attendance for the use or possession of “illegal substances” and/or any illegal activity by any guest in attendance. There will be no refund of any monies to the client, due to the negligent behavior of the passengers.
SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 SMS For Consent Communication
The Phone Numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with
third parties for marketing purposes.
2.2 Types of SMS Communications If you have consented to receive text messages from
TopRideLimo, you may receive text messages related to: (Appointment reminders,
quotes, services and follow-up on cases.

2.3 Message Frequency: Our SMS message frequency will be from 50 to 100 text
messages daily across all users.
2.4 Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Many carriers charge a fee for each message sent
or received. This can vary depending on the carrier’s pricing structure and whether the
message is sent domestically or internationally.
2.5 Opt-In Method: Customer will Opt-In for SMS messaging from
TopRideLimo through intake forms on their website located at www.topridelimo.com,
this agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2.6 Opt-out: Customer will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from TopRideLimo by
replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted-out they will receive
no further SMS communication. They can Opt back In at any time by replying START
Cancellation Policy
- Rescheduling of AIRPORT service is possible at no extra charge, as long as rescheduling is requested 2 hours before the pick-up time.
- The ‘FULL FARE” will be charged for Airport Service cancellations in the following (3) cases:
- Passenger cancels in less than 2 hours before pickup time.
- If the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location (no-show). *If you cannot locate your chauffeur, call TopRideLimo at (512)705-6065. Do not leave your location without contacting our office by phone.
- Long distance and hourly jobs where client locks cars for long periods and are no longer available to other customers.
CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULING of Stretch Limo, Long Distance & Charter Services:
A minimum of 7-day notice is required for cancellation and rescheduling of all stretch limousine, long-distance, and Charter arrangements to avoid the FULL CHARGE of the fare. 20% is still taken on ALL the cancelations made 7 days prior.
