These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by TopRideLimo. By booking a service, submitting a form on our website, or communicating with our company, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Vehicle Policies and Passenger Responsibilities
To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, the following policies apply to all TopRideLimo services.
Non-Smoking Policy
All TopRideLimo vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, is prohibited inside all vehicles. Violation of this policy will result in:
Immediate termination of service
No refund of the fare
A $300 air-system cleaning fee
Security Deposit
A 20% refundable security deposit may be held for stretch limousine reservations. The deposit will be released after the service is completed provided that no additional charges are incurred.
Damage and Cleaning Responsibility
All vehicles are inspected and cleaned before each service. The client is responsible for any cleaning or repairs required due to negligence, misconduct, or damage caused by the client or their guests.
Biohazard Cleaning
If a biohazard situation occurs in the vehicle, a cleaning fee between $250 and $600 will be charged. This will also result in immediate termination of the trip with no refund.
Lost or Forgotten Items
TopRideLimo is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles. Passengers are responsible for checking the vehicle before exiting.
If items are recovered, clients may arrange pickup or delivery at their own expense.
Illegal Activity
TopRideLimo reserves the right to terminate service immediately if passengers engage in illegal activities, including possession or use of illegal substances.
In such cases:
Service will end immediately
No refund will be issued
Weather and Mechanical Delays
TopRideLimo is not responsible for service delays or interruptions caused by:
Severe weather
Unsafe road conditions
Traffic incidents
Mechanical issues outside of our control
Parking and Event Access
TopRideLimo is not responsible for parking passes or paid parking credentials required for events such as concerts, sports events, festivals, or stadium access.
Additional Time Charges
If service exceeds the agreed reservation time, additional charges will apply in one-hour increments based on the vehicle rate.
Passengers may not negotiate directly with chauffeurs for extended service unless approved by the TopRideLimo office.
3. SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions
By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website, you consent to receive SMS messages from TopRideLimo related to our services.

SMS communications may include:
Reservation confirmations
Appointment reminders

Service updates
Customer support communications
Follow-up messages regarding inquiries

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages depends on effective transmission by your mobile network provider.

4. Cancellation Policy
Airport Services
Airport transportation services may be rescheduled without charge if the request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
The full fare will be charged in the following cases:
Cancellation less than 2 hours before pickup
Passenger fails to appear at the pickup location (no-show)
Passenger leaves the pickup location without contacting our office

Long Distance and Hourly Reservations
Reservations that block vehicles for extended periods may be subject to full fare charges if cancelled within restricted time frames.
Stretch Limousine, Charter, and Long-Distance Services
A minimum 7-day notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
If cancelled less than 7 days before the reservation:
The full fare may be charged
If cancelled more than 7 days in advance:
20% deposit is retained
Special Events
Proms, festivals, races, and other special event reservations are non-refundable.
5. Service Termination
TopRideLimo reserves the right to terminate service before or during a trip if conditions arise that prevent safe or lawful operation.
If a reservation is cancelled by TopRideLimo before service begins due to operational issues, the client will receive a full refund.
6. Changes to These Terms
TopRideLimo may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
